How many times can I reuse my false eyelashes?
With proper care and cleaning, our high-quality synthetic and mink lashes can be worn up to 20-25 times. Always remove adhesive residue after each use and store them in their original tray.
Does the lash adhesive come included with my order?
To allow customers to choose their preferred formula, lash adhesive is sold separately. You can find our waterproof, latex-free glues in the 'Accessories' section of our shop.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy for beauty products?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Are your eyelashes cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. All of our lashes—including our faux-mink collection—are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
Can I apply mascara to my false eyelashes?
We recommend applying mascara to your natural lashes before putting on the falsies. Applying mascara directly to the false lashes can cause buildup and shorten their lifespan.
